This course aims at the development of personal skills and the social awareness of the teacher candidates. Through this course teacher candidates learn to be critical in responding the social and cultural issues, especially in Indonesia. They are going to respond the cultural phenomena from various point of view and to analyze them critically. As an educated people who are responsible, ethical, and knowledgeable; teacher candidates will experience how to express their concern about indonesian society through art and they will understand that there is correlation between art and social context.
